A user cannot see the Sipelia™ icon in the notification tray of Security Desk.

What you should know

This issue typically occurs when Sipelia™ Client has not been installed properly or has been installed with an unsupported Security Center version. For more information on Security Center compatibility with Sipelia™, see the Sipelia™ Release Notes.

Procedure

  1. Ensure that you are using a compatible version of Security Center.
  2. If the problem is still present, restart Security Desk.
  3. If the problem is still present, restart the computer on which Security Desk is running.
  4. If you are still unable to see the icon in the notification tray, uninstall and re-install Sipelia™ Client on the computer.
