[KBA-01024] Video Trickling Does Not Work with Axis Q6034-E

This article explains why video trickling does not work when using an Axis Q6034-E unit, even if it is properly configured.

Symptoms

After configuring an Axis Q6034-E for video trickling, the unit does not trickle video to the Archiver.This issue affects Q6034-E units with firmwares 5.20 and 5.40.9.

Cause

There is a communication issue between the Axis Q6034-E unit and the Archiver.

Workaround

None

Status

Firmware 5.41.1, available in the GTAP's Supported Devices section, resolves the issue.
