Before you can connect the Genetec Clearance™ plugin role to your Genetec Clearance™ account, you must create an integration. This integration is used to authenticate the communication between your Security Center system and Genetec Clearance™.

Create the plugin role.

What you should know

You must be an account administrator to create an integration.

Procedure

  1. In Genetec Clearance™, log on to your Genetec Clearance™ account.
  2. Select the New Security Center plugin integration.
  3. Enter a name for the integration
  4. (Optional) To add any groups that you require, click .
  5. (Optional) Assign security privileges
  6. Click Create.
  7. Click Download Configuration to save a copy of the {IntegrationName}.json configuration file.
    This file is used to authenticate the communication between your Security Center system and Genetec Clearance™.

After you finish

Return to Config Tool, and connect the Genetec Clearance™ plugin role to the Genetec Clearance™ account.
