Unsharing a Perspective or source will remove it from its parent component, but will not delete it from the system. For example, unsharing a Perspective from a display will cause that Perspective to no longer be visible on the display.
Before you begin
- You must be authorized to modify displays.
- You must be granted the Modify perspectives user privilege.
What you should know
- Unshare one component at a time
- Unshare all Perspectives or all sources nested under one parent entity at the same time
- Unshare a component by selecting it in the Editor View and pressing BACKSPACE.
Procedure
To unshare one Perspective or source at a time:
- From the Security Desk home page, open the Barco CMS task.
- In the Barco tab, make sure you are in Tree view by moving the slider from List to Tree.
- Right-click a Perspective or source, and then click Unshare.
- Click Apply.
To unshare all Perspectives or all sources at the same time:
- From the Security Desk home page, open the Barco CMS task.
- In the Barco tab, make sure you are in Tree view by moving the slider from List to Tree.

Right-click a parent entity:
- To unshare Perspectives, right-click a display, and then click Unshare all perspectives.
- To unshare sources, right-click a Perspective, and then click Unshare all sources.
- Click Apply.
