The Industrial Protocol Interface plugin 3.0 is a new integration for Security Center.
- Create BACnet objects to expose Security Center events and states through the BACnet protocol
- You can create data points and assign them values according to rules configured from Security Center events. These data points are exposed by the Industrial Protocol Interface as BACnet objects for consumption by a third-party BACnet client.
- Create SNMP traps for events that occur on Security Center entities
- Using the Industrial Protocol Interface, you can listen to specific Security Center events and forward them as SNMP traps to a third-party SNMP manager.
