To inform applicants and authorized signatories about specific AS Portal events, email notifications are sent.
Email notifications are triggered and sent for the following airport portal admin actions:

| The airport portal admin sends the applicant a reminder from the Form requests tab on the Administration page to complete the self-registration form. | The applicant receives an email reminding them that they must complete the self-registration form. |
| The airport portal admin modifies a user's AS Portal role from the Users tab on the Administration page. | The applicant receives an email informing them that their AS Portal role has been changed. |
