As an airport portal admin, you can keep track of and manage self-registration forms that have been sent to company employees.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AS Portal.

At the top of the page, click the hamburger icon (
), and then select Administration.
You're taken to the Administration page. -
Click the Form requests tab.
A list of employees who have received a self-registration form is shown.

You can perform the following actions on any employee:
- Click Delete (
) to delete the request.
- Click See in Users tab (
) to view the employee's details in the Users tab.
- Click Send reminder email (
) to send an email to the employee to remind them to complete the form.
NOTE: You can send a reminder email once every 7 days. The Send reminder email button is disabled until the 7-day period ends.
