As an airport portal admin, you can keep track of and manage self-registration forms that have been sent to company employees.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AS Portal.
  2. At the top of the page, click the hamburger icon (), and then select Administration.
    You're taken to the Administration page.
  3. Click the Form requests tab.
    A list of employees who have received a self-registration form is shown.
  4. You can perform the following actions on any employee:
    • Click Delete () to delete the request.
    • Click See in Users tab () to view the employee's details in the Users tab.
    • Click Send reminder email () to send an email to the employee to remind them to complete the form.
      NOTE: You can send a reminder email once every 7 days. The Send reminder email button is disabled until the 7-day period ends.
