  1. From the Hotlists page, you can click Edit () next to the hotlist you want to modify. Alternatively, you can do the following:
    1. Click the hotlist that you want to modify.
    2. On the hotlist page, click Edit () next to the hotlist name.
  2. In the General section, modify the hotlist's Name or Color.
NOTE: You can also select whether the hotlist is Active or Inactive. For more information, see Activating or deactivating a hotlist.
  3. Click Update.

To import hotlist from an external source:

  1. On the hotlist page, click Import now () next to the hotlist name.

To modify the hotlist imported from a local device:

  1. Modify the source text file as required.
  2. From the Hotlists page, you can click Edit () next to the hotlist you want to modify. Alternatively, you can do the following:
    1. Click the hotlist that you want to modify.
    2. On the hotlist page, click Edit () next to the hotlist name.
  3. Import the source file into the hotlist. For more information on importing a hotlist, see Configuring hotlists.
NOTE: You cannot modify the Type of the hotlist.

To delete specific plate numbers from a hotlist:

  1. Click the hotlist containing the entry that you want to remove.
  2. (Optional) In the search box, you can search for a license plate in one of the following ways:
    • Specify the required plate number to perform an exact match search.
    • If only the last character is unknown, specify the other characters of the required license plate followed by '?'. For example, 'ABC12?' displays license plate numbers such as 'ABC123', 'ABC12B' and so on.
    • If more than one character is unknown, specify up to the first three characters of the required license plate followed by '*'. For example, 'ABC*' displays license plate numbers such as 'ABC444', 'ABC123' and so on.
NOTE: The "*" and "?" characters can be inserted only at the end of the search.
  3. Click Delete () beside the required entry and confirm the deletion.
IMPORTANT: If you delete a license plate in Cloudrunner, it is recommended that you also delete the entry from the source text file. This is to ensure that if the source file is uploaded again, the deleted entries are not re-added to the hotlist.
