The administrator can manage TLS certificates in the configuration. These certificates are used by the server to authorize third-party processes communicating with the API.
The required certificates are provided by the New Jersey Statewide Networked ALPR
Program (NJ SNAP).
IMPORTANT:
- The certificates created for this system must be unique to minimize the risk of an attacker gaining access to all systems in the event of a breach.
- The certificates are checked against specific rules such as validity and expiration.
