In the Hotlist configuration tab of the AutoVu NJ SNAP plugin, you set the folder path for local hotlist files, enter SFTP credentials, and manage the import schedule. You can also manage the schedule for importing NCIC and MVC hotlists.

1. From the Config Tool homepage, open the Plugins task.
2. In the Plugins task, select AutoVu - NJ SNAP from the entity browser, and click the Hotlists tab.
3. In the Hotlist settings section, enter the Folder path for your local copies of the hotlist files, for example, C:\Hotlists.
4. In the Hotlist SFTP settings section, enter the following:

   SFTP host

   files.gtbm.com *

   NCIC file name

   NCICLPRFILE.zip *

   MVC file name

   MVCLPRFILE.zip *

   SFTP username

   Enter the username provided by the NJ SNAP program.

   SFTP password

   Enter the password provided by the NJ SNAP program.

   * Do not modify the default setting.

5. In the Hotlist auto-import scheduling section, you can manage the schedule for importing the NCIC and MVC hotlists. You can add or remove rows and set the days and time for the import.
   NOTE:

   • The default schedules match the expected release of updated NCIC and MVC lists by NJ SNAP.
   • Every time you save changes to this page, it triggers the import of the NCIC and MVC hotlists.
