When the AutoVu — NJ SNAP plugin is installed, the New Jersey Statewide Networked ALPR Program (NJ SNAP) can then access an API to search for license plate reads in Security Center. NJ SNAP can also push the POI hotlist to the plugin and receive exported hits.
Components of AutoVu NJ SNAP integration
The following components are required in Security Center:
- AutoVu NJ SNAP plugin: The AutoVu NJ SNAP plugin is a software package installed on a Security Center server. The plugin is required to create the AutoVu NJ SNAP role. The AutoVu NJ SNAP role is the Security Center role that exposes an API that allows to call a search on its license plate reads database.
