If you cannot connect to the Sharp web portal using the Sharp Discovery Tool, there are steps you can follow to help you troubleshoot the issue.

Procedure

  1. Isolate the camera in a closed environment. If required, connect the camera directly to the computer using a local DHCP.
  2. For cameras running SharpOS 10 or SharpOS 11, ensure that the latest version of Silverlight is installed (minimum version: 5.0).
