Configuring the Free-Flow Multi-tenant plugin - Free-Flow 9.5.0

To manage parking lots using the AutoVu™ Free-Flow Multi-tenant plugin, you can enable multi-tenant parking and configure the number of parking spots allotted to each tenant in the parking lot.

1. From the Config Tool homepage, open the Plugins task.
2. Select the Free-Flow Multi-tenant plugin and click the Properties tab.
3. For each parking zone you want to enable, turn on Multi-tenant.
   The table is expanded to show the number of parking spots allocated to each tenant.
4. Set the number of parking spots allotted for each tenant in the parking lot.
   NOTE: The number of vehicles on a tenant's permit list might differ from the number of parking spots allotted to the tenant. For example, if the manager of a company knows that not all employees need to park at the same time, the manager might lease only 30 spots for 40 employees.
   
5. (Optional) If you want to edit Allocated spots for multiple tenants simultaenously, do the following:
   1. Hold Ctrl on keyboard and select the required tenanats.
   2. Click Bulk edit.
   3. In the pop-up window, enter the allocated spots.
   4. Click Confirm.
6. (Optional) Configure the Web server port.
   The Free-Flow Multi-tenant plugin exposes an API so that the Parking Occupancy task in Security Desk can request information from the plugin's server. We recommend using the default HTTPS port (443), however, if required by the network, you can configure the plugin to communicate on a different port.
7. Click Apply.
