Using the Parking Occupancy task, you can generate a graphical
report that shows the occupancy information for one or more parking zones. This task gives
you an overview of occupancy trends, shows the number of vehicles in each zone, and shows
the number of violations over a configurable time range.
Before you begin
Ensure that the
Parking Occupancy privilege is enabled for your
user.
Procedure

In Security Desk, open the
Parking Occupancy task.

From the Parking zone list, select one or more parking
zones to include in the graph.

Select a time range for the graph. You can select a preset time period or you
can define your own range.

Configure what information is included in the graph and how the information is
displayed.
- Display either the parking occupancy or the parking violations for the
parking zone.
- Display the information on the vertical axis as either a percentage or
as the total number of vehicles in the parking zone.

(Optional) Select Auto refresh to turn the static report into a dynamic
live dashboard that shows you the current statistics for each zone.
NOTE: The data is updated every minute.

Click Generate Report.
Tip: If the report displays a maximum of two
parking zones, you can move your mouse pointer over the line graph to
display occupancy details for a specific point in time.
