This section lists the settings found in the Product improvement program page of the Sharp Portal. Use the Product improvement program page to configure the delay period to send images from SharpV camera to servers at Genetec Inc.

What you should know
NOTE: For connectivity with the AutoVu Product Improvement Program,
the Sharp should have access to the following:
- Port 443 (HTTPS)
- Outbound traffic
- Toward
- SharpUploadMainHub.azure-devices.net
- sharpuploadiotstorage.blob.core.windows.net
The following information is displayed:
Product improvement program
- Activate program
- Select one of the following activation modes:
- Unsubscribed
- This camera is not participating in the program.
- Active
- This camera is participating in the program (recommended).
- Active for <5 / 30 / 180> days
- This camera will be automatically unsubscribed from the program on: <N/A or
DATE>.NOTE: When a delay period has been selected and the program is active, an expiration date and time is displayed.
- Support case number (optional)
- If you activate the program for a support case, enter the support case number provided by Genetec™ Technical Support.
