If you have updated the SharpOS package on your SharpV camera but the Overview page in the Sharp Portal still displays out of date, you can resolve the issue.
Cause
- If your SharpV unit has a hardware version of G1 or G2 and you update the unit to 13.2 or later, applying the update packages in the incorrect order can result in the SharpOS appearing to be out of date in the Sharp Portal.
Solution
Apply the SharpOS update packages in the
correct order. For more information, see Updating a SharpV unit from the Sharp Portal.
NOTE: You
do not need to apply the platform update package.
