To update the SharpV OS for your SharpV unit, you must follow the required update path for your current software version.

SharpV update paths

SharpV G1 and G2 units can be updated to the latest SharpV OS 13.7 release.

Current SharpV OS version Update path
Sharp OS 12.8 SR1 or later
  1. Download the GPACK file for the platform update. For more information, see the SharpV Platform Release Notes .
  2. Download the GPACK file for the SharpV OS package and update to SharpV OS 13.7.1.
