The university parking enforcement solution is recommended for customers with advanced permit enforcement scenarios and is designed around enforcement zones.
When the patrol vehicle enters a zone, the system identifies all valid permits based on the zone and the current schedule, and compiles all valid license plate numbers into a single list. Zone-based occupancy reports are available. The university solution supports shared permits, where a single permit is shared between multiple registered vehicles. Shared permit infractions work on a user-configurable timer. The university solution also supports time-limit enforcement, but cannot enforce permits and time-limit rules simultaneously. Customers requiring simultaneous permit and time-limit enforcement should opt for the city or overtime solution. The university solution supports integration with third-party ticketing systems and is compatible with AutoVu™ Pay-by-Plate Sync.
