For patrol vehicles that are equipped with wheel imaging cameras, if wheel images are not displayed with license plate hits in Genetec Patroller™, you can troubleshoot the issue.

Procedure
- Verify that the wheel imaging camera cables are connected to the Aux PoE expansion module on the SharpZ3 base unit. For more information, see SharpZ3 Aux PoE expansion module connections.
- Check the cable connector and verify that water has not infiltrated the RJ45 plug.
- Verify that the wheel imaging cameras are associated with the SharpZ3 cameras. For more information, see Associating wheel-imaging cameras with SharpZ3 camera units.
- Verify that the camera feeds are available in the Sharp Portal. For more information, see Viewing camera feeds in the SharpOS 13.4 Sharp Portal.
