Synergis™ Softwire app is the firmware for Axis Powered by Genetec devices. Synergis Softwire app must be installed with AXIS OS, called the platform, on every Axis Powered by Genetec device.
Enroll Axis Powered by Genetec devices on Access Manager roles in Security Center as Synergis™ units.
