To configure the Synergis™ Softwire app that runs on your Axis Powered by Genetec device, you must go to the Powered by Genetec page found in the AXIS device interface.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the Axis Powered by Genetec device.
    The last page that you visited is displayed.
  2. If you are not on the Powered by Genetec page, click Apps (), and then, inside the Synergis Softwire panel, click Open.
