For Security Center to monitor and control the outputs of your Axis Powered by Genetec unit, make sure that their configuration on the Powered by Genetec page matches the settings you want.

What you should know

To learn how to configure the Normal state of the outputs on your Axis Powered by Genetec unit, watch this short video.

Procedure

In the Powered by Genetec page, click Hardware > Outputs.
For each output, configure its Normal state (Active or Inactive).

NOTE: The auxiliary I/O ports (AUX IO IO1 to AUX IO IO4) are displayed only if you restarted your device after configuring them as outputs. For more information, see I/O ports in the Axis Powered by Genetec Help.
