To ensure that your Axis Powered by Genetec door controller is findable on your Security Center LAN, you must configure its discovery port to match the one used by its Access Manager role.
What you should know
- Axis Powered by Genetec door controllers are treated as access control units in Security Center. They can be added directly to the Access Manager role.
- The discovery port is the port used by Access Manager roles to find their units on
the network. The default discovery port is
2000.
Procedure

In the Discovery port section, change the Discovery
port if necessary.
IMPORTANT: If you change the discovery port here, make sure you change or add the new discovery port to the Synergis™ extension of the Access Manager role.
