You can clear everything you configured on the Users page of the
intrusion panel in Security Center, without affecting
the configuration on the Bosch intrusion panel.
Changes made to the user mappings table are pushed to the panel after a sync takes
place.
Before you begin
Make sure you are granted the
View intrusion detection unit users and
Modify
intrusion detection unit users privileges.
What you should know
This feature is only supported on
Bosch B series and G series intrusion panels in Mode 2. GV4 v2 panels do not
support this feature.
Procedure

From the Config
Tool home page,
open the Intrusion detection task.

Expand the Intrusion Manager role from the entity browser, and select the intrusion
detection unit you want to configure.

Click the Users tab.

From the Configuration section, click Clear
configuration.

In the dialog box that opens, click Yes.
Results
The
Users page is reset to the default configuration. No user
mappings, group mappings, or excluded cardholders are configured. The custom event option
is enabled, and the synchronization strategy is set to
Automatic.
To be delete all users from the panel, click
Force push now.
