To synchronize the user configuration done from Bosch Remote Programming Software (RPS) and from Security Center, intrusion panel users must be mapped to Security Center cardholders with the same name.

NOTE: This feature is only supported on Bosch B series and G series intrusion panels in Mode 2. GV4 v2 panels do not support this feature.

Configuration and management of the users on the intrusion panel can be done in Config Tool, from the Users page of the intrusion panel.

To synchronize the configured users from the Bosch intrusion panel to Security Center, each user is mapped to a cardholder after you retrieve it.

The following example shows six users in the first six user slots after being retrieved from the Bosch intrusion panel and then mapped to cardholders. User slots 7 and 8 are empty in the user mappings table.

Synchronized users have the following message displayed in the Push status column: Last push succeeded. User currently has no modifications to push.

The number of user slots displayed in the user mappings table corresponds to the number of users the selected Bosch intrusion panel supports. After synchronizing Security Center with the panel, you can fill any empty user slots by creating and configuring cardholders to add as users to the panel.
The progress of the synchronization is displayed in the feedback message section, next to the synchronization buttons.

Push frequency options

You can configure how often the changes you make in Security Center are pushed to the intrusion panel. You can choose one of the following synchronization strategies in the Configuration section:

Manual
Changes made to the user mappings table are synchronized immediately after clicking the Push to panel button.
Automatic
This option is selected by default. Changes are pushed to the panel from Security Center as soon as they are made. When this option is selected, you do not need to click the Push to panel button to synchronize the user mappings table with the panel.
NOTE: It is recommended that you select Manual or Scheduled for systems when a lot of changes occur.
Scheduled
Changes made to the user mappings table are synchronized daily, at the specified time. Synchronization is skipped if there are no changes to be pushed to the panel.

If you do not want to wait for the scheduled synchronization to start, you can click the Push to panel button to push the changes to the panel immediately.

Trigger custom event when the panel reaches maximum user capacity
Turn this option ON to trigger the Bosch Intrusion: Panel is full. event when the panel reaches maximum user capacity.

Manual synchronization options

The following buttons are found in the User mappings section.
Push to panel
Click to push all pending changes to the intrusion panel right away.
Pushing mapped users to the panel will overwrite any users that are in the same user slots on the panel.
Force push to panel
Click to delete all the users from the intrusion panel, and then push the users configured in the user mappings table to the panel.
You can use this option if you want to remove all the disabled users from the panel without having to manually remove each one from Bosch RPS, as it will delete all users and then push the active users from the mappings table to the panel.
NOTE: You can access this option from the overflow menu.
