The Bosch intrusion panel extension 4.4 includes the following known issues.

Issue Description
2714951 If you edit a user group, or the authority level of a single user, all cardholders get duplicated in the User mappings table, and must be manually deleted.
2101507 After successfully synchronizing a cardholder with a valid PIN, then modifying the PIN to one that does not meet the minimum length requirements from Bosch, the panel synchronization fails, and you are not notified when the panel goes offline and online.
1921652 On the Identity page of the intrusion detection unit, the unit's firmware version is not fully displayed.
1787879 B9512G: There might be a delay between when an event occurs on the panel and when the event is triggered in Security Center.
1210431 In the Monitoring task, when an area is armed by the arming schedule configured in Bosch RPS, the requester of the arming is displayed as 'Undefined' in the event description.
1179904 If the cardholders from the group mappings are synchronized with the panel, and you click Pull from panel, the users mapped to those cardholders are unmapped, but remain in the user mappings table. When you click Import cardholders from selected groups, the same users already in the user mappings table are imported, and mapped to cardholders, creating duplicate users with passcode errors.
1178699 When multiple users on the intrusion panel share the same first and last name, but have different passcode credentials, after clicking Map users, one of two things happens:
  • If a cardholder with the same first and last name does not already exist in Security Center, a cardholder without any PIN credentials is created for each user with same name.
  • If a cardholder with the same first and last name already exists in Security Center, no new cardholder is created, and no additional PIN credentials are added to the existing cardholder.
Workaround: To avoid having duplicate cardholders in Security Center, before retrieving from the panel, make sure no two users on the panel share the same first and last name.
1104222 When you are granted the View intrusion detection unit users privilege, but not granted the Modify intrusion detection unit users privilege, the Users page is disabled. You cannot scroll through any of the sections to see all the cardholders in them, or use the search bar.
