To be eligible for technical support, you must install the extension with versions of Security Center and third-party software that are certified or supported by design.

As a minimum, the Bosch intrusion panel extension 4.4 requires Security Center 5.5 SR5.
IMPORTANT: If you had integrated Bosch intrusion panels version of Security Center earlier than 5.5 SR5, when you upgrade to
Security Center 5.5 SR5, the panels go offline
until you install the Bosch intrusion panel
extension 4.4. After the Bosch intrusion panel extension 4.4 is installed, the panels reconnect, and do not need to be
reconfigured.
