When the unit connects to the panel, Intrusion Manager creates the intrusion detection areas, inputs, and outputs that are configured on the panel.
  • Intrusion detection unit are listed under the Intrusion Manager role in the Intrusion detection task.
  • Intrusion detection areas are displayed in the Area View task.
  • Inputs and outputs are listed on the intrusion detection unit's Peripherals tab.

Procedure

  1. In Config Tool, open the Area View task.
  2. Select an intrusion detection area, and then add the related inputs.
