The CCURE 9000 Access Control plugin 3.8.0 includes the following known issues.

Issue First reported in Description
3416861 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.8.0 If the configured offline grace period is shorter than the time it takes for the plugin to synchronize on reconnection to the CCURE 9000 system, then all events are flagged as offline events. This means that event-to-actions are not triggered. The events are recorded in the database and are available for reporting.
Workaround: Set a grace period that equals the period you want plus the average duration of a synchronization.
3399108 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.8.0 When the following events occur during the offline grace period, they are not displayed when the plugin comes back online:
  • Door opened
  • Door locked
2930275 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.6.1 In Security Desk and Config Tool, the System status task does not automatically refresh state changes for unit inputs and outputs.
2346663 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.6 When the XFEvents node is expanded in the entity browser pane, all events are listed, but the list is separated by other entities.
2144195 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.5 Sometimes door and access control entities appear as offline (red) in Security Center because the hardware was removed, but the entity was not. This happens because the proxy service did not empty its cache.
Workaround: Restart the Proxy Service, then synchronize the CCURE 9000 entities in Config Tool.
2138218 CCURE 9000 Access Control 3.5 The CCURE 9000 synchronized objects table is not populated after the first automatic synchronization.
Workaround: If the table remains empty after the synchronization, click the Refresh () button to update it.
