If available, you can view the instructions for a triggered CCURE 9000 event from any live monitoring task in Security Desk.

What you should know

  • Instructions are created and modified in the CCURE 9000 system, and then imported to Security Center during synchronization.
  • You can view instructions from any entity pane in Security Desk and Config Tool, and in the live monitoring tasks; including Monitoring, Alarm monitor, Maps, and XFEvent management.

Procedure

To view the instructions for a triggered CCURE 9000 event from an entity pane:

  1. From any entity pane, right-click a CCURE 9000 entity, event, or alarm, and then select CCURE 9000 Access Control > Show instructions.


    An Instructions window opens with information related to the entity, event, or alarm.

To view the instructions for a triggered CCURE 9000 event from an event list:

  1. In the event list pane, select a CCURE 9000 event.
    NOTE: To be available, the event must be configured as Visible in the Alarms and events configuration page. the event does not need to be triggered.
  2. In the widget, click Show instructions.
