To add the CCURE 9000 access control entities and to receive events and alarms in Security Center, you must enter the IP connection settings for the CCURE 9000 server.

Before you begin

Create the plugin role.

What you should know

  • Each plugin role can connect to a single CCURE 9000 server.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. In the Server field, enter the host name or IP address of the CCURE 9000 server.
  4. In the Port field, enter the port number of the CCURE 9000 server.
The default port is 5645. If you change it here, make sure to also change it on the CCURE 9000 server.
  5. Click Apply.

Results

The plugin role changes from red to yellow to gray when it connects to the CCURE 9000 server. If automatic synchronization is disabled, and this is the first time the plugin connects to the CCURE 9000 server, the plugin role changes from red (disconnected) to yellow (partially connected). It remains yellow until the plugin is synchronized with the CCURE 9000.
