You can view the actions that caused events on doors, inputs, and outputs. You can also cancel an action or trigger a new action.
What you should know
- A CCURE 9000 event is a software definition that you create in the CCURE 9000 software to link security objects, actions, notifications, and time activations.
- CCURE 9000 events can be triggered by actions and by state changes, such as door forced open and access request denied.
- During the plugin synchronization, all CCURE 9000 event definitions are imported as alarm definitions and listed in the Alarms task.
- When a CCURE 9000 event is triggered, if that event requires an acknowledgment, it is listed as an alarm in Security Center.
- When a CCURE 9000 event that does not require acknowledgment is triggered, it is listed as an event in Security Center.
- Actions on entities cause events. If multiple actions are made on an entity, each action is listed in the Causes dialog box. Causes are applied by order of date and priority. So, the active cause is the one that is oldest and has the highest priority.
The following table lists the different states that trigger an event, and the name of the context menu used to open the associated Causes list.
Entity type | State | Name of contextual menu |
---|---|---|
Alarm | Active | Show active causes |
Alarm | Armed | Show armed causes |
Door | Locked | Show locked causes |
Input | Armed | Show armed causes |
