To allow non-administrator operators in CCURE to interact with Security Center video camera objects, you must grant the
operators the privileges to access Security Center video servers and video
cameras.
Before you begin
Consult your CCURE 9000 documentation on configuring CCURE privileges or permissions
and applying them to operators.
What you should know
- Security Center video permissions are kept separately from those of native CCURE
video integrations.
- The CCURE Video Integration adds the following privileges:
- Other > Security Center Video Camera
- Other > Security Center Video Server
- You can find privileges by searching for Security Center
in the CCURE 9000 Administration Station application.
Procedure

Open the CCURE 9000 Administration Station application.

In the Navigation pane, click
Configuration.

From the Configuration panel drop-down menu, select
Privilege and do one of the following:
- Click New to create a new privilege.
- Click Search and then select an existing
privilege to edit.

Click the Defaults tab.

In the Classes browser, expand the Other class and
select Security Center Video Camera.

Select the Grant checkboxes for the permissions that you want to
grant.
NOTE: You can also click Change Selected Class to specify
no access, read access, or full access.

From the Classes browser, select Security Center Video
Server and repeat step 6.

Configure the options under the remaining tabs as specified in the CCURE
Software Configuration Guide.

From the Configuration panel drop-down menu, select
Operator and do one of the following:
- Click New to create a new operator.
- Click Search and then select an existing operator
to edit.

Add a privilege:

In the Privileges and Schedules section, click
Add

In the window that opens, select a privilege.

Click OK.

Verify that the privilege is assigned, and then click Save and
Close.
Results
The privilege is assigned to the operator.
