Cloud Archives can generate log files with different levels of information to show that the cloud archiving is functioning as expected and to help troubleshoot the system in case of errors.
Log levelsCloud Archives provides the following log levels:
- Shows errors or exceptions that occurred in the software.
- Indicates conditions that do not prevent cloud archiving but require immediate attention.
- Provides information such as the rate of transfer and the files uploaded or deleted.
- Provides details about every block of software code (developer mode).
Log filesThe log files can be found in the Logs directory of your Security Center installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Genetec Security Center 5.x\Logs).
The file names begin with the prefix CloudStorage_.
