Cloud Archives can generate log files with different levels of information to show that the cloud archiving is functioning as expected and to help troubleshoot the system in case of errors.

Log levels

Cloud Archives provides the following log levels:
Errors
Shows errors or exceptions that occurred in the software.
Warnings
Indicates conditions that do not prevent cloud archiving but require immediate attention.
Information
Provides information such as the rate of transfer and the files uploaded or deleted.
Debug
Provides details about every block of software code (developer mode).

Log files

The log files can be found in the Logs directory of your Security Center installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Genetec Security Center 5.x\Logs).

The file names begin with the prefix CloudStorage_.
