NOTE:
- Motion search is not supported by Archivers installed with Cloud Archives.
- Archiver and Auxiliary Archiver statistics shown in Config Tool are not accurate.
- If you have external SDK applications or macros that use the video playback functionality, contact your sales engineering representative from Genetec Inc. for more information on programming requirements.
- If the on-premise Archiver or Auxiliary Archiver database is lost, access to cloud archives will be lost. Ensure that the databases are regularly backed up and kept in a secure location.
