Use this checklist to collect information about the customer's environment and to ensure the customer environment meets SaaS edition requirements.
- Obtain a list of IP addressing schemes at their remote sites (to ensure that the Azure® cloud virtual network does not interfere with any of them).
- Check the Internet Service Level Agreement.
- Confirm the following:
- Number of simultaneous Security Desk users
- Number of simultaneous Web Client users
- Number of simultaneous Genetec™ Mobile users
- Any outstanding IT or security concerns that should be resolved before purchase
- Additional information for hosted Synergis™:
- Number of Synergis™ Cloud Link units
- Number of access control system devices (readers, inputs, and outputs)
- Estimated number of cardholders and credentials to be handled
- Additional information for Federation™:
- ISP policies:
- Static or dynamic WAN
- DNS addresses (especially in Dynamic IP assignment)
- Number of remote systems
- Available upload bandwidth per site (see bandwidth considerations)
