You can download your Cloud Link Roadrunner™ unit's configuration as a compressed file, which you can use if you ever need to replace the unit.

What you should know

The downloaded configuration file does not include the unit's network settings, administrator password, Synergis™ key store data.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Cloud Link Roadrunner unit.
  2. Click Maintenance > System status.
  3. In the Download configuration files section, enter a password.
  4. Click Download configuration files.
  5. Click Save.
