You can download your Cloud Link Roadrunner™
unit's configuration as a compressed file, which you can use if you ever need to replace the
unit.
What you should know
The downloaded configuration file does not include the unit's network settings,
administrator password, or Synergis key store data.
Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Link Roadrunner unit.

Click .

In the Download configuration files section, enter a strong
password and confirm the password.

Click Download configuration files.
NOTE: This button remains disabled if the password is not strong enough or if the
confirmation password does not match.

Click Save.
