Comparison chart for Mercury and Lenel model numbers
If you want to use a Lenel controller and its interface modules with Synergis™ Softwire, you must find out the Mercury model numbers of your hardware.
When you know the Mercury model number of your controller, you can enroll the controller in Security Center using its Mercury model number and check whether it requires a firmware update.
