After the C-One² mobile reader is configured in Security Center, you must configure the reader to communicate
with the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit, using the Mustering application on
the reader, so that you can use it as a mustering point during an evacuation.
Procedure

Power on the C-One² mobile reader.

Swipe up to unlock the reader.

Swipe up again to display the applications installed on the reader.

Open Settings, and set up the WiFi or 4G communication.

Open the Mustering application.

In the Mustering application, tap Settings, and configure the
following:
- Login
- Enter the username of the admin user to log on to the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit.
- Password
- Enter the password for the admin user account.
- Address
- Enter the IP address of the Synergis™ Cloud Link unit you
want the reader to connect to.
NOTE: Make sure you are on the same network as the
Synergis™ Cloud Link unit or that the network of your
device is routable to the Synergis™ Cloud Link
unit.
- Synchronization in seconds
- Set the frequency at which reads are sent. The smallest interval is one
second.

Tap the back arrow at the bottom of the screen, and then select
Readers.
NOTE: If an error message is displayed, the authentication failed, but the message does
not describe why. Verify that the settings you entered in the previous step are correct,
and try again.

On the Readers page, configure the following:
- Select a channel
- Select the channel that you created on the RIO page of your
Synergis™ Cloud Link unit in Config
Tool.
- Interface
- Select the address that you entered for the interface on the
RIO page of your Synergis™ Cloud Link
unit in Config
Tool.
- Reader
- Enter a name to identify the reader.

Click Add.
The reader is displayed under the
Add button. The
interface is shown in the top left corner, the reader name is displayed in bold, and the
Rx value is a hardware pointer that is automatically incremented.
NOTE: After adding the reader, you cannot edit the reader configuration. You must
delete the reader, and then re-create it with the correct
configuration.
