When a wireless 24-hour input returns to its Normal state on an intrusion panel after being activated, this state change is not automatically reflected in Security Center. You must reset the state of the wireless input.

What you should know

You can reset the state of a wireless 24-hour input from the keypad on the intrusion panel or from the 24H zones intrusion detection area in
NOTE: To reset input states from Security Desk, you must have the Reset sensors privilege.

  1. From the Security Desk home page, open one of the following tasks:
    • Monitoring task
    • Maps task
  2. Right-click the 24H zones intrusion detection area, and then select Reset sensors.
From the Monitoring task, you can right-click the area from the entity tree or from a tile.
