If you want to synchronize the clock on a DMP intrusion panel with Security Center across different time zones, you must set the time zone on the panel and in Security Center.

What you should know

The plugin does not adjust time zones for daylight saving. As a workaround, turn off the Keep clock synchronized option in Config Tool, and then manually change the time on the DMP intrusion panel using DMP Remote Link.

Procedure

  1. Open the Remote Link System Options page.
  2. In the Hours from GMT field, enter the number that corresponds with the timezone you want to use, and then click OK.

  3. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  4. From the entity browser, select the intrusion detection unit you want to configure.
  5. Click the Properties tab, and then verify that the Keep clock synchronized slider is set to ON.
    NOTE: You can change the synchronization setting for all panels connected to the intrusion manager role by selecting the role, clicking the Extensions tab, and then setting the value.

  6. Click Apply.
