When planning the number of panels you can integrate in Security Center, you need to know if the servers in your system meet the Recommended system requirements and how many entities there are per panel.
The following table lists the maximum number of panels given the following assumptions:
- The Security Center servers meet the Recommended system requirements.
- The maximum number of Intrusion Manager roles is 20 per Directory.
- Each Intrusion Manager receives approximately 70 events per second with occasional bursts of 130 events per second.
- The combined number of entities for 300 panels is 90,000 or less.
NOTE: These limits are based on one Intrusion Manager role per server, and might be
further affected by the performance of the server.

On a server that meets the recommended system requirements, you could easily connect
300 intrusion panels, each with 50 inputs, 10 areas, and 5 outputs, for a total of 65
entities per panel.
