To add radio buttons to a form, you must the field to the template and then customize them in the Field properties dialog box.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. In the fields toolbar, click the Radio buttons () button, then click the area of the form where you would like to add it.
  2. Click the edit () button beside the field.
  3. In the Field properties dialog box, customize the field:
    Name
    Enter a name for the field.
    List
    From the list, select a list that was created in the Lists page of the plugin role.
    Color and border
    Choose colors to fill the field and for the border of the field, as well as the thickness of the border.
    Size and position
    Indicates the size of field, and its location on the form.
    Searchable
    Select whether forms can be searched for by radio buttons in the Dynamic Log Book report task in Security Desk.
    Mandatory
    Select whether the field must be completed by the Security Desk operator.
  4. Close the dialog box.
  5. Click Apply.
