To have an image displayed on a form, you must add an image placeholder to the template and then select an image in the Field properties dialog box.
Before you begin
Procedure
- In the design elements toolbar, click the Editable image () button, then click the area of the form where you would like to add it.
- Click the edit () button beside the image field.

In the Field properties dialog box, customize the field:
- Name
- Enter a name for the image.
- Image
- Click the Browse for file button and select the image that
you want to display.
From the Stretch list, select how the image should fit within the image field.
To allow users to add, replace, or resize images, select Editable by user.
- Color and border
- Choose colors to fill the field and for the border of the field, as well as the thickness of the border.
- Text
- Select the color of the text, alignment, size, characteristics, and font.
- Mandatory
- Select whether the field must be completed by the Security Desk operator.
- Close the dialog box.
- Click Apply.
