What you should know

The page for designing forms provides a toolbar that allows you to:
  • Import the bodies of forms that have been saved as .json files on your workstation.
  • Export forms as .json files.
  • Move elements to the front or back, if you have two or more elements that overlap.
  • Rotate elements 90 degrees to the left or right.
  • Delete elements.
  • Show a grid to add elements more precisely.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Area view task.
  2. Select a form from the entity browser, and click the Form tab.
  3. Add fields to the form by clicking on the icon related to the design element and then clicking on the area of the form where you want to display the element.
You can add the following design options to a form: Each field can be customized by clicking the edit () button beside the field after it is applied to the form.
