You can use the EIZO events report task to generate reports on
custom health events.
What you should know
An event is triggered every time the state of an entity changes. The entity changes
color in the entity browser for the following states:
- White: online
- Red: offline
- Yellow: warning
Procedure

From the Security Desk homepage, open the EIZO events
report task.

From the entity browser, select one or more video wall entities.

In the Events section, filter for the custom events you
want to include in the report.

In the State section, choose between the following
options:

Show latest, and enter a number into the
events field. The default value is
5.

Offline for over, and enter a value for hours,
minutes, or days.

In the Time range section, specify a tame range for the
report.

Click Generate report.
The report appears and includes entities, events, timestamps, and
descriptions.

(Optional) Export the report, print it, or add it to your dashboard.
