When someone presents themselves at a mustering area, and they are not on the list of
evacuees, their presence can be accounted for by adding them to the roster and marking them as
Safe in the Evacuation Assistant
portal.
What you should know
- If a cardholder exists in the system for the individual, but does not exist in the
mustering list, you can search for it and add them as an employee.
- If there is no cardholder that exists in the system for the individual, you can add them
as a visitor.
Procedure

Log on to the Evacuation Assistant portal.

To search for the cardholder in the system, enter a name in the First
name or Last name field, and tap
.

If the cardholder exists in the system, add it as an employee in the mustering
list:

Select the cardholder from the list of search results.
The
Add people page is displayed. The
Safe
status is selected by default.

If there is more than one evacuation in progress, select the area the individual
evacuated from.

If there is more than one mustering area designated for the evacuation, select the
mustering area the individual has reached.

Tap Add employee.

If the name search yielded no results, add the cardholder to the system as a
visitor:

The
Add people page is displayed. The
Safe
status is selected by default.

Enter a name in the First name and Last
name fields.

(Optional) Tap Take a picture to open the camera on your
device and add a picture for the cardholder.

If there is more than one evacuation in progress, select the area the individual
evacuated from.

If there is more than one mustering area designated for the evacuation, select the
mustering area the individual has reached.

Tap Add visitor.
Results
The list of cardholders is displayed with the cardholder added as
Safe at the
mustering area. If you added a visitor, a visitor is created in
Security Center. The cardholder you added is moved to the
appropriate area in the
Security
Desk
People counting task.
