Before you can connect to the Evacuation Assistant portal, you must configure the Evacuation Assistant interface settings.

What you should know

The Evacuation Assistant interface port is used to connect to the Evacuation Assistant service, which connects to the Evacuation Assistant portal.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. In the Evacuation Assistant interface section, ensure that the port is available.
    The default port is 5002.
  4. Click Apply.
